Property and Planning Solicitor

Sellick Partnership are delighted to be recruiting for a Property and Planning Solicitor to join a Local Authority in Yorkshire on a permanent basis. This is the chance to join a friendly and experienced local authority team.

Our client is happy to look at someone who has experience in either areas and is happy to be trained up in the other! They would also look at someone who is a NQ Solicitor who has had exposure in their training contract.

The successful candidate for the Property and Planning Lawyer post will pick up a range of matters, including:

  • Providing legal advice in relation to property, planning and highways
  • Leases and licenses
  • Section 106 matters
  • Sales and acquisitions
  • Planning enforcement notices
  • Planning committee work
  • Landlord and tenant matters

This local authorities legal team all work on a 100% remote working basis if desired, however their offices are open if people do want to go in.
