We are pleased to be assisting a public sector organisation based in the East Midlands with their requirement for a permanent property lawyer.

Our client is seeking a qualified solicitor, barrister, legal executive or equivalent to undertake a caseload of property matters. This will include dealing with acquisitions and disposals of a range of properties, and advising and providing legal support more generally regarding property and contract matters. This may include advising on transactions, drafting and reviewing documentation and presenting information both verbally and in writing.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in dealing with a range of property transactions. Experience in dealing with commercial contracts and procurement matters is desirable, but not essential.

This organisation is able to offer a competitive salary and a number of excellent benefits.

We encourage interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for short listing. Alternatively should you require further information or wish to discuss your suitability before applying please contact Laura Smith in our Manchester office for a confidential discussion.
