A long-term locum position has arisen with a Local Authority in the North East who are seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer to join their team for 12 months.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join a supportive and friendly team. This role would suit a Lawyer with experience in dealing with a range of commercial property matters, to include landlord and tenant, acquisitions and disposals of land, leases, licences, easements, etc. Previous experience gained within the public sector would be ideal, but not essential.

Our client is seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer to join their team immediately, ideally on a full-time basis. A flexible working pattern may be considered for the successful candidate.

We encourage interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for short listing. Alternatively should you require further information or wish to discuss your suitability before applying please contact Laura Smith in our Manchester office for a confidential discussion.
