We are looking for a Property Lawyer to join a London Local Authority on a temporary basis.
As a Property Lawyer, you will be giving expert legal advice in relation to property law and managing a caseload which will include:
- Leases and licenses
- Landlord and tenant queries
- Property transactions
- Hire agreements
The successful candidate will ideally have local authority experience and experience in both commercial and residential property would be an advantage.
