Sellick Partnership are currently seeking an experienced Property Lawyer to join a large Local Authority based in the East Midlands. Our client can offer homeworking for this position.

The successful candidate will take on a caseload made up of high value property matters, including:

  • Disposals and acquisitions
  • Sales and purchases
  • Licences, leases and lease transfers

The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced qualified Property Lawyer who has previously worked in a local authority or other public sector organisation.

This is a full-time position and is to begin immediately for an initial period of 2 months, although it is likely that the role will continue until Christmas and beyond.
