Property Lawyer required to undertake a range of duties within a busy local authority based in London on a locum contract.
About the role
The successful candidate will undertake a caseload of complex commercial property transactions to include;
- High value and complex purchase and sales
- Large regeneration projects
- Ad hoc property matters
- CPO matters
There will be a number of projects underway at the same time requiring excellent time management and organisation skills. Good client care skills are a requirement as well as the need to conduct a case load with minimum supervision.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Property Lawyer to join a friendly and supportive team, who can offer some flexible working for some of the 35 hour week, including working from home after a settling in period. Our client is happy to consider property solicitors with a public sector or private practice background.
