An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join a public sector organisation in the North East.

Our client is seeking a locum property lawyer for a period of 3-4 months but with the strong potential of an extension. The ideal property lawyer will be able to hit the ground running dealing with more complex property matters on behalf of the organisation, including but not limited to:

- Leases and Licenses

- Disposals and Acquisitions

- Landlord and Tenant work

- Regeneration projects

The ideal candidate will be available to work full-time hours. A flexible working pattern can be offered, along with remote working. Candidates seeking part time hours will still be consiered.
