Are you a property lawyer looking for your next role?

I'm recruiting to a vacancy with a busy London Council for a Property Lawyer.

This role is a lovely opportunity for a Property Lawyer with experience in Commercial Property and Property Development. The Property Lawyer will join a friendly team, with great opportunities to develop and learn.

The council have many development and regeneration projects on the go, so there are great prospects for learning and growing your skillset.

The Property Lawyer will initially work remotely with the view to work 1-day in the office in the future, so the Property Lawyer should be based in London or the South-East. This is a locum 3-month contract which the council plan to continue on an ongoing basis.

The Property Lawyer will be a legally qualified professional with relevant experience in commercial property law. Remit of work will include:

  • Landlord and tenant
  • Commercial conveyancing
  • Leases - renewals, extensions and licenses
  • Property development
  • Sales and purchases
  • Title reports

This is a great opportunity and open to Property Lawyers from all backgrounds so long as good property and development experience is demonstrated.
