A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Property Lawyer/ Senior Property Lawyer within the South East of England at a unique organisation that spans across three offices. This organisation prides itself on being the market leader for providing to public sector bodies and are seeking a Property Lawyer/ Senior Property Lawyer to join their team on a permanent full time basis.
This is a lovely opportunity for an commercial Property Lawyer that has recently qualified up to the more experienced PQE level. You will be joining a thriving and supportive organisation. You will have the opportunity to work solely with public sector clients which can offer a wide range of work in both commercial and residential property.
The successful client will be able to provide a range of public sector clients with a high quality and professional legal service.
Daily tasks for the Property Lawyer would include, but not be limited to;
- Working alongside the principal lawyer and the wider team on large scale development, infrastructure and regeneration projects
- General property advice
- Property Development Easements and Licences Option and Promotion Agreements
- Commercial leases, Acquisition and sale of commercial and residential property
- Rent reviews, Dilapidation issues, Tenancy and Licence Agreements, Planning Issues, Conditional Contracts, Property related Joint Venture Agreements, Auction Acquisitions/Disposals Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Although a Property Lawyer with local authority experience is preferable, our client is happy to consider newly qualified and more experienced private practice lawyers with transferable skills.
This role offers a lot of flexibility and the opportunity to work only 1-2 days in the office per week. During the hybrid working arrangement, you will have the opportunity to choose to work from 1 of 3 offices - Northampton, Cambridge and Bedfordshire.
There is also an attractive public sector pension scheme available to those who are successful in their application.
