Commercial Property Lawyer required to join a Local Authority based in London for an initial 3 month period.

This is an excellent opportunity to undertake a fast-paced role within a popular Local Authority. The successful candidate will be an experienced Property Lawyer, able to hit the ground running and manage a busy caseload of matters including leases, licenses and easements.

Due to the nature of the work involved, our client is looking for a Lawyer who has prior experience of working within local government. There will not be an opportunity for an extensive induction or training plan, therefore this Council are being flexible on the hourly rate offered to the successful Commercial Property Lawyer in return.

The office is well located, situated a stone's throw away from shops and restaurants. The nearest public transport links are also within walking distance, making this a very desirable location.
