Our client, a Hertfordshire based Local Authority is seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer to join them on a locum basis for a minimum period of 3 months.

Day to day responsibilities for the successful Commercial Property Lawyer may include;

  • Drafting, negotiating and completing commercial leases and to providing advice in respect of all leasehold conveyancing matters including leases, licenses and tenancies at will
  • Undertaking general freehold conveyancing matters including acquisitions, sales, easements, wayleaves, licences, etc. and to provide advice on matters of land law, housing and title issues

The successful Commercial Property Lawyer will be joining a friendly and supportive team. This role is offered on a hybrid basis, with candidates being required to attend the office 1-2 times per week.

Candidates seeking full or part-time working hours will be considered.
