Commercial Property Lawyer required to join a local authority based in Essex for an initial 3 month locum period.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial property lawyer to join a popular forward-thinking organisation, who provide a dynamic working environment.

The successful Commercial Property Lawyer will manage a varied caseload of property matters. Due to the work involved, the ideal candidate will have experience of commercial property and regeneration, including leases, licenses, landlord and tenant.

Commercial Property Lawyers from public sector and private practice backgrounds are encouraged to apply, providing they have a wide range of knowledge and enthusiasm for public sector work.
