Sellick Partnership are working with a London-based Council recruiting to a Locum Property Lawyer opportunity.

This role will be offered on an initial 3-month basis, with strong likelihood of being longer term. The successful candidate will attend their London-based offices 1 day per week and will receive an hourly rate between £40 - £50 umbrella per hour.

The successful Property Lawyer will provide legal advice across a range of commercial and residential property law matters including lease extensions, lease renewals, freehold purchases, purchase buybacks, deed of variations, wayleave agreements, telecommunication leases and more.

The client is seeking a Qualified Lawyer with extensive, varied experience in Property Law whether that be from a local authority or public sector background, or from within a solicitor's firm.
