Sellick Partnership are recruiting for an experienced Property Lawyer to join a well-respected public sector organisation based in the East Midlands. The role can offer upto £45per hour and some flexibility in terms of remote working.

The successful candidate for the Property Lawyer role will have experience of the following:

  • Acquistions and Disposals
  • Commercial and Agricultural feehold and leasehold matters
  • Commercial leases and licences
  • Agricultural tenancies
  • Wayleaves

This is a really exciting opportunity for someone to join a public sector organisations in-house legal team. The ideal candidate will be available to start as soon as possible for an initial period of 3 months, with the posibility of an extension.
