Commercial Property Lawyer required for an initial 3 month period to join a local authority based in Hertfordshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Property Lawyer to undertake a varied workload within a popular local authority. The successful candidate will manage a busy caseload of Commercial Property matters, which will include;

- Acquisitions

- Disposals

- Leases

- Licenses

The role will also entail the successful candidate to work on a project which involves selling off land to other local authorities.

The ideal property lawyer will have experience of agricultural law, although this is not essential. Additionally, any previous local government experience would be highly desirable for this position. This council is easily commutable from London and throughout Hertfordshire.

We encourage interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for short listing. Alternatively should you require further information or wish to discuss your suitability before applying please contact Chelsey Newsom in our Manchester office for a confidential discussion.
