An excellent position has arisen for an experienced Property Lawyer within a Public Sector Organisation in Leicestershire.

Our client is looking for a Property Lawyer who will be able to pick up property law matters, but who is open to, or has already had experience, in other areas of law such as planning and debt recovery.

The successful Property lawyer will be required to undertake a varied caseload in all areas of Property law work, primarily including:

  • Leases and licences
  • Commercial leases
  • Possession claims
  • Right to buy matters
  • Title inquiries
  • Conveyancing

Previous experience and knowledge of Section 106s would be desirable for the successful candidate.

The successful Property Lawyer will join a small and friendly team, for 3 months initially but with a strong possibility of the term being extended.
