Property Lawyer required to join a large Local Authority based in the East of England, on an initial 3 months basis with view to extension.

The successful Property Lawyer will be expected to carry out various responsibilities including:

  • Dealing with a variety of aspects of commercial property law
  • Drafting and advising on granting new leases, assignments, licenses, deeds of variation and serving notices under the Landlord and Tenant Act
  • Dealing with land registration matters
  • Dealing with day to day general legal queries relating to property matters


This local authority offer a great working environment, working from home and the council has excellent train links.
