Property Lawyer is required to join a large organisation on a fixed term contract basis for 6 months with the possiblility of extension thereafter.
You will be undertaking work on behalf of a local authority client and reporting directly into the Principal Lawyer. Ths is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to get involved with regeneration and development work witihn the region. You will be undertaking a caseload of commercial and residential property matters which will involve acquisitions and disposals in the main. There will also be leases, licenses and routine property work alongisde this whilst supporting the Principal Lawyer on a particular project.
Our client is happy for the candidate to work remotely in the first instance according to government guidelines with the view to have flexible working thereafter once things resume back to normal. Our client has advised that due to significant amount of work coming on board there is certainly scope for this to be extended after the 6 month period. Our client is keen to see candidates from either a public or private sector background.
