Exciting new opportunity for a Property Lawyer to join a popular West London local authority on a locum basis to work on a large regeneration project.

You will be dealing predominately the property buy back purchases in respect of this project, and will also be involved in dealing with a full range of residential and commercial conveyancing matters.

The assignment will begin on a 3-month locum contract with a view to extend on a rolling basis. You will be required to attend the office once a week.

My client is happy to consider applicants from public sector or private practice backgrounds, as long as you can demonstrate the required skills.

With this being a long-term locum assignment within a friendly, reputable and well-organised team, you will have the amazing opportunity to really develop professionally and grow within this role.

We have always had excellent feedback about the team and management from locums who have worked at this organisation and they don't often recruit in these teams so it is a rare opportunity to join them!

  • Being part of a large, new project
  • Competitive hourly rate
  • Remote working 4 days a week
  • Modern IT systems and new laptops
  • Friendly and supportive team that believe in progression

We encourage interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for short listing. Alternatively should you require further information or wish to discuss your suitability before applying please contact Chloë Cameron in our Manchester office for a confidential discussion.
