Sellick Partnership are excited to recruit a locum Property Legal Officer to join a busy Property team within a well-respected London Borough Council.

This role is initially contracted for 3 months, with likelihood of becoming on-going. It is remote working, with some ad hoc office attendance (maximum once per week). The role is paying a competitive £23 - £25 umbrella, per hour.

Our client is looking for a locum Legal Officer to join their Property team who deal with a mixture of Commercial, Residential and Regeneration matters.

The duties of the role will include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting lawyers with their complex property caseload
  • Providing legal advice on Litigation matters
  • Providing legal administration support to 2 lawyers on the team

The successful Property Legal Officer will be rewarded a competitive rate whilst working on a varied and interesting caseload. On offer is the chance to work within a supportive and dynamic team with predominantly remote working with opportunity for office working.
