Sellick Partnership is currently working with a well-respected Local Authority who is seeking a Property Legal Officer to join the team on a full time basis for a 2 month rolling contracts. This assignment will be conducted remotely.
The successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running with the workload, which may include;
- Right to Buy transactions
- Access Licenses
- Simple leases
- Conveyancing for sales and purchases includes at auction
- Dealings with the Land Registry
- Advice queries from officers and members
- Charging Orders/Enforced Sales
This role would suit a Property Legal Officer or Paralegal who is flexible enough to deal with various aspects of commercial property and is able to prioritise tasks and workloads. The ideal Legal Officer will have excellent IT skills.
