Our client is a long established and progressive law firm based in Luton. The firm is recognised by Legal 500 and has an excellent reputation in the market. . They are looking to recruit a Property Litigation Solicitor on a full time permanent basis.
As a result of continued growth, our client is looking for an accomplished Property Litigation Solicitor to join its highly regarded Dispute Resolution team. The role will involve handling a full spectrum of property disputes including:
- Contested and Uncontested Lease Renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
- Residential Evictions
- Forfeiture of Long Residential Leases
- Commercial Evictions / Forfeiturue of Commercial Leases (for both rent arrears or other breaches)
- Dilapidation Claims
- Leasehold Enfranchisement court applications
- Service Charge Disputes
- Eviction of Squatters
- Claims for unpaid rent/service charges
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Property Litigation Solicitor, FILEX or equivalent with upwards of 5 years' PQE who has substantial commercial acumen and a demonstrable track record in handling a property litigation caseload.
