Property Litigation Solicitor

A ranked Legal 500 firm is looking to expand its property litigation team with two new hires.

The property litigation team act for social housing providers and private landlords with disrepair claims, possessions, civil injunctions, defending EPA, ASB and fraud. Experience in dealing with AST and/or leasehold matters including forfeiture claims would be desirable.

This would be a great opportunity for a solicitor to expand their knowledge within property litigation and work with desirable clients.
