Our client is top tier Legal 500 firm with offices worldwide. They are a commercial law firm advising strategic and pragmatic guidance spanning the full legal spectrum. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate to join their specialist Property Litigation team at offices in Manchester City Centre.

As a Property Litigation Associate you will be responsible for running a caseload of varied property litigation matters on behalf of owners, occupiers, developers, insurers and investors. You will be dealing with claims such as rent arrears, landlord and tenant applications and possession claims, amongst others.

This role will suit an Associate solicitor around 0-5 PQE who is even in a property specific litigation role at the moment or who has gained strong experience in this area in a wider commercial litigation role and is now looking to specialise. Our client is also open to applications from NQ solicitors who have undertaken a seat in both commercial property and general litigation.
