A unique opportunity has arisen for a Property Paralegal to join a North Wales based Local Authority.

Our client is ideally seeking candidates who have previous experience working in a Property department, although candidates who have previous experience in another area of law will also be considered for this position.

The successful Property Paralegal will be required to assist the team of solicitors with commercial property matters, as well as:

  • Undertaking legal searches
  • Completing legal documents
  • Updating and maintaining case management system

This is a full-time position and is to begin immediately for an initial period of 3 months. It should however be noted that it is likely for the role to continue beyond that.
