An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic property paralegal has arisen in a popular, north-east London Borough Council. This is initially a locum contract, 3 to 6 months, but there is potential for this to be extended beyond.

The successful property paralegal will be working on a project to register all of the Council's property deeds with the Land Registry. Responsibilities of the property paralegal will include:

  • Completing and submitting Land Registry forms
  • Carrying out the appropriate searches
  • Locating, checking and co-ordinating the dispatch of deeds to the Land Registry

Experience of property law is essential for the property paralegal role, but Local Authority experience is not.

The selected property paralegal will enjoy the following benefits:

  • Supportive team
  • Subsidised on-site parking
  • Excellent transport links

We encourage interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for short listing. Alternatively should you require further information or wish to discuss your suitability before applying please contact Alexis Aarons in our Manchester office for a confidential chat.
