Property Paralegal is required to join a local authority based in Hertfordshire for a locum assignment of 3 months initially and the view to extend thereafter.

The successful property paralegal will be joining an established property team and you will have the opportunity to work with highly skilled lawyers on a range of matters. You will also be responsible for holding your own caseload of property matters which can vary between residential and commercial matters such as leases, licenses, right to buy matters to name a few.

This local authority property team undertake a full range of matters so you will gain invaluable experience within a local authority setting. There is also scope for long term prospects within the organisation due to expansion plans within the team and external work being brought into the authority.

Candidates are welcomed from both private practice and public sector backgrounds and the client is looking for an eager and hard working individual.
