Property Paralegal vacancy!

Sellick Partnership are looking to hear from candidates with experience in residential conveyancing and acquisitions.

We are working with a London Council to help them find a Property Paralegal to handle:

  • Residential purchases
  • Residential conveyancing
  • Commercial property matters such as leases and licenses

The Property Paralegal will predominantly handle residential property and must have strong experience in this area, such as running their own caseload.

This is a locum 3-month contract which is planned to be a long-term ongoing locum assignment. The role will remote-working and is to start ASAP.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hard-working Property Paralegal to join the council's friendly team. The team are very welcoming and get really interesting, varied work. While this role is with a London Local Authority, prior experience working with a council is not required. We're looking to hear from candidates of any background who are experienced in residential purchases and conveyancing, and will be committed team members.
