A Property Paralegal is required to join a large social enterprise firm on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a large shared service arrangement which prides itself on being one of the market leaders for undertaking public sector work.
You will be working mainly on behalf of 3-4 key local government clients but will also be working with other local authority and public sector organisations. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your existing property law experience and be able to manage a caseload of your own property matters whilst supporting lawyers with their caseload as well.
You will provide support to lawyers and act as a point of contact on a variety of cases, to include;
- Taking instructions and giving advice from both lawyers and the general public
- Carrying out research and preparing applications
- Drafting documents and correspondence
- Dealing with residential and commercial conveyancing leases
- Licence, general property advice and right to buys
Our client is happy to consider candidates from either a public or private practice. The role will be a hybrid working arrangement and you will have the opportunity to choose to work from 1 of 3 offices of your choice - Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire or Bedfordshire.
