We must ask that you please only apply for this role if you have previously handled your own caseload of property law matters, otherwise your application cannot be considered.

On offer is the chance to work from home 3 days a week, be on a competitive salary of £27,500 - £30,000, and advance your career within a supportive and dynamic team.

The successful Property Paralegal will handle the following:

  • Staircasing
  • Shared ownership

The ideal Property Paralegal will have experience of working for a Housing Association or Local Authority, and have a Law degree or Legal qualification. However, this is not essential if you have strong experience of Property/Conveyancing.

The ideal candidate will be a career-focused team player, who is enthusiastic and has a desire to progress within the organisation.

The role is for 35 hours per week with some flexibility around core hours, and there are great benefits on offer such as up to 10% pension contribution and season ticket loans.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Paralegal to be part of a forward-thinking team and to progress within an organisation that pride themselves on working hard to make a positive difference to people's lives. Don't miss out!

We encourage interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for short listing. Alternatively should you require further information or wish to discuss your suitability before applying please contact Chloë Cameron in our Manchester office for a confidential discussion.
