Our client, an East Midlands based Local Authority is seeking a Property Paralegal / Legal Officer to assist their Legal Services team on a locum basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Property Paralegal to join a small, friendly team. The successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running with a property workload, which may include;

  • Right to buy transactions
  • Access Licenses
  • Simple Leases
  • Conveyancing for sales and purchases including at auction
  • Dealings with the Land Registry
  • Dealing with queries from officers and members
  • Charging Orders/Enforced Sales

Whilst our client would ideally like to appoint a Property Paralegal who would be able to attend the office on occasion, candidates seeking a fully remote working role will be considered.
