An excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic property paralegal has arisen in a busy Local Authority. This is initially a locum contract of 6 months with the potential for this to be extended beyond or, to be made permanent.

The successful property paralegal will be an important part of the team, assisting with:

  • Opening and closing files in relation to Property law
  • Carrying out the appropriate searches
  • Updating systems and clients (both internal and external)
  • Reviewing Property transactions

The selected property paralegal will enjoy the following benefits:

  • Supportive team
  • Training and development
  • Excellent transport links

Experience of property law is not essential for the role, as training can be put in place. I would encourage those from both a Pricate and Public background to apply for this role.

We encourage interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for short listing. Alternatively should you require further information or wish to discuss your suitability before applying please contact leah Edgar in our Manchester office for a confidential chat.
