My client, a well-established and reputable firm in Suffolk are looking for a Property Solicitor to work within their busy property department. Being a leader in their field, they are passionate about client care and building relationships that stand the test of time. Due to continued success and sustained growth the need has arisen to expand their property department.

The Property Solicitor will need to be experienced in handling both Residential and Commercial Conveyancing cases. This is an active caseload that consists of, but is not limited to, attending to matters of buying, selling and letting of both residential and commercial premises, landlord and tenant matters and lease renewals. The successful Property Solicitor will consider client care the focus of their work, will be proactive and will be excited by the opportunity to further their career.
