Sellick Partnership are currently seeking a Property Lawyer to join a public sector organisation based in Swansea.

Our client will consider candidates from either a public or private sector background, so long as they are qualified lawyers and hold a current practising certificate.

The successful Property Lawyer will be required to take on a mixed caseload of commercial, residential and industrial property matters, this may include:

  • Conveyancing
  • Commercial re-development
  • Leases
  • Acquisitions
  • Providing advice on major and complex property matters

This is a full-time position and is to begin immediately for an initial 4 month period, although there is scope for the role to continue beyond that. Our client can offer 1 day of working from home.
