Sellick Partnership are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Property Solicitor to join a public sector organisation in the North East of England on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate for Property Solicitor role will have experience of the following:

  • Residential conveyancing
  • Stock plot purchases from housebuilders
  • Purchase agreements
  • Land acquisitions
  • Commercial leases and disposals
  • Overage deeds and planning infrastructure agreements

What they are looking for in a candidate is:

  • Commercial awareness
  • Ability to think fast on your feet
  • Work independently
  • Communication and negotiating skills
  • Assess situations with little support
