Sellick Partnership are recruiting for a Property Lawyer, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a public sector organisation based in the East Midlands on a locum basis for an initial period of 6 months, open to both full-time and part-time candidates

The property lawyer's duties may include:

  • CPO's
  • drafting and negotiating legal agreements
  • dealing with complex and high profile property transactions
  • preparing and drafting full title reports
  • and much more

The council are looking for a Commercial Property Lawyer with property law experience either from local authority or private practice. Local authority experience is a bonus but not a requirement.

This role is a full time position, with the flexibility for remote working.
