Exciting new opportunity for a locum Prosecutions Lawyer to join a friendly and reputable London council on a locum contract.

My client is seeking a personable and hard-working Litigation Lawyer to join their team due to increased workloads. The focus of this role will be on Prosecutions and Regulatory work within their Litigation team. The ideal candidate will have previous public sector experience.

The Litigation Lawyer will handle a caseload of matters including:

  • Fly-tipping
  • Dangerous dogs
  • Licensing
  • Anti-social behaviour
  • Fraud
  • Regulatory matters

You will be working remotely for the foreseeable future and the contract is expcted to be extended on a rolling basis in line with workload demands. The successful Prosecutions Lawyer will be working within a close-nit, successful team and will be handling an interesting, varied caseload.
