A Prosecutions Lawyer is required to join a local authority based in London for an initial 6 month period.
Our client is looking for a confident prosecutions lawyer, who has a real passion for public law. The successful candidate will deal with a wide variety of cases to include;
- Fraud prosecutions
- Licensing prosecutions
- Rogue landlord prosecutions
- Environmental regulatory prosecutions
- Public space protection orders
- Food hygiene prosecutions
Alongside this, you will be conducting advocacy at various levels, including high court injunctions. Previous public sector experience within criminal litigation is desirable, due to the nature of the work included.
