Our client is seeking a Prosecutions Lawyer to join a local authority in London on a locum contract.
As a Prosecutions Lawyer, you will be providing a high quality and comprehensive legal service on all points of law relating to prosecutions and to appear in court or in chambers as appropriate.
The successful Prosecutions Lawyer will be supporting the housing team and will preferably have experience in, and be able to provide dedicated support on the following:
- Banning Orders under the Housing and Planning Act 2016
- Rent Repayment Orders
- Crime Act proceedings
- Prosecutions and FPNs under the Housing Act 2004
- Experience of offences under the Protection from Eviction Act 1977
