A Local Authority based in Oxfordshire is currently seeking a Prosecutions Lawyer to join their team on a temporary basis. Competitive rates and homeworking is on offer for this role.
The successful Prosecutions Lawyer will be required to take on a mixed Litigation workload, this may include:
- Conducting advocacy as required
- Regulatory prosecutions
- Tenancy Fraud prosecutions
- Licensing, including advising the Council's licensing sub-committees
This is a full-time position and is to begin immediately for an initial period of 3 months, although it is likely the role will continue beyond that.
In return, our client can offer 2 days of homeworking each week for the right candidate.
