A great opportunity for a Prosecutions Lawyer to join a popular East London Borough, on an initially locum basis, 3 to 6 months, with the view to extend.
The Prosecutions Lawyer will be dealing with a range of enforcement matters, including but not limited to:
- Fly tipping
- Health and safety breaches
- Dangerous dogs
- Anti-social behaviour
- School absences
Due to the nature of the role, the Prosecutions Lawyer must be a solicitor, barrister or chartered legal executive holding a practising certificate. Experience of working within Local Authority is highly desirable, but our client will strongly consider those from other backgrounds with relevant transferable skills.
