We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Prosecutions Lawyer to join a large public sector organisation. The Prosecution Lawyer role will be based in Birmingham, providing good transport links.

The role requires a strong criminal prosecutions focus, with the main areas involving licencing and food safety. The successful candidate must have a proven track record of conducting advocacy in courts.

This is a great opportunity for somebody with criminal experience from a private practice to gain public sector and in-house experience.

The ideal candidate will be available to start straight away, for an initial period of 3 months with a possibility to be extended further. Full and part time hours will be considered. Support and training will also be offered to the successful candidate.

We encourage interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for short listing. Alternatively should you require further information or wish to discuss your suitability before applying please contact Kate Jasper in our Manchester office for a confidential discussion.
