We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for an experienced Prosecutions Lawyer to join a local authority based in the West Midlands. Our client is offering considerable flexibility with home working.

The successful Prosecutions Lawyer will be expected to take on a varied caseload and will ideally have experience in two or more of the following areas:

  • Trading Standards
  • Food Safety
  • Licensing
  • Anti-Social Behaviour

The successful candidate must be confident with conducting advocacy in courts.

This role will initially begin on a nine month full-time contract with a possibility of it being extended beyond that. Our client will offer great home working opportunities, with the possibility of a four day week.
