New Flexible Prosecutions/Litigation Paralegal Opportunity
A local authority based near Sussex are seeking a Prosecutions Paralegal who has had exposure to the Education Act. You will manage your own caseload and ideally have conducted some advocacy work. It is an interesting, niche role where you will manage your own casework, be clerk to school appeals and give general advice to schools. You will also be required to conduct your own advocacy. The local authority are looking for someone to start as soon as possible but they appreciate notice periods and there is flexibility with working from home opportunities also.
The contract is for an initial 3-6 months and there may be a possibility of this going permanent but we cannot guarantee this.
