Public Sector Inquest Paralegal
£16 per hour

A South East NHS Trust requires a Paralegal with strong healthcare/NHS and Inquest experience to join and assist the Legal Services team for a minimum of 6 months. The role will involve assisting with the coordination and management of inquest claims brought against the Trust.

As an NHS Inquest paralegal you will manage a claims caseload consisting of a range of matters, from employer's/ public liability and clinical negligence.

Key Requirements:

The ideal candidate for this Inquest Paralegal role must hold the following experience:

  • Minimum 2 years NHS legal experience is essentail
  • Inquest experience
  • Handling your own caseload of small claims matter
