Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our client on a full time and temporary basis for 12 months, based in Ashbourne. The ideal candidate will be immediately available and able to start as soon as possible.

Duties of the Purchase Ledger include:

  • Matching, batching and coding invoices
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Maintaining invoices and data and uploading documents onto the system
  • Handling queries in an efficient and timely manner
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Processing BACS payments and preparing cheques

The ideal Purchase Ledger will have:

  • Proven experience of the duties above
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work in a team
