Sellick Partnership are urgently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our client on a full time and temporary basis for 2 months, based near Ashbourne.
The ideal candidate will be immediately available, have experience working within Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable and able to start as soon as possible.
Duties of the Purchase Ledger include:
- Matching, batching and coding invoices
- Raising purchase orders
- Maintaining invoices and data and uploading documents onto the system
- Handling queries in an efficient and timely manner
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Processing BACS payments and preparing cheques
