The award winning (top ranked in Chambers & Legal 500) practice are now looking to recruit a Commercial Property / Agricultural Solicitor into their Oxford office. As usual with agricultural property roles, there will be a broad mix of property work, but no prior agricultural experience is required. My client are happy to consider applications from candidates who have a solid general commercial property or agricultural property background.
- Landlord and tenant
- Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
- Negotiating and drafting commercial leases
- Commercial mortgages
- LA Agreements
- Licenses and Easements and TCPA and environmental issues.
- Agricultural work
