Real Estate Solicitor
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 2-5+ year PQE Real Estate Solicitor to join a leading Legal 500 firm. This role is rewarded with a competitive salary and bonus package, excellent quality work and a small team focused on doing quality work for a handful of key clients.
About the role
The Real Estate Solicitor will be part of a team that specialise in work in the Higher Education and Commercial Investment sectors.
Clients include Universities, funders, property companies, investment managers, and SMEs.
Workflows will include the following:
- Investment sales and acquisitions
- Asset management/landlord & tenant
- Development Agreements - particularly in the student accommodation and logistics sectors
- Corporate and banking support
About the person
The successful Real Estate Solicitor will be a UK qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3/4 years' experience in Real Estate. Experience of asset management work is desirable but not a pre-requisite provided that you have a passion for development and the motivation to learn.
The Real Estate Solicitor will have excellent communication skills, be a team player, have a keen eye for detail and must be proficient at working in an organised and efficient manner.
The individual will be willing to roll up their sleeves and 'get stuck in' and experience of the working for clients in the Higher Education sector will be desirable but not essential.
The firm are happy to accept applications for both full time and part time hours.
