Duration: 4 to 6 months

Sellick partnership are currently recruiting an interim Receptionist to join a Public Sector organisation in the Birmingham.

Key responsibilities for the Personal Assistant:

  • Meet & Greet Customers & Visitors
  • Answer and manage telephone system
  • Accurately record calls & visits and relay messages in timely manner
  • Some invoicing & filing may be required
  • Manage customer waiting area
  • General Administration details
